Sharon Angle – Another Well Vetted Tea Party Candidate?

It is a shame, that such momentum has been used to endorse candidates who are absolutely ill qualified and dangerous. Does nobody research these people? Or are these Conservative values at play?

Sharron Angle Tea Party Darling – Best Thing for Democrats

American politics are just fascinating, and the Tea Party has certainly added some spice. Let’s look at Nevada’s the ultra-conservative candidate Sharon Angle  who’s now taking on Harry Reid.  On May 26th, more than a month into the spill crisis  in an interview with the Nevada Newsmakers said….

QUESTION: You have been in support of onshore drilling in the United States as well as offshore drilling, are you rethinking that policy with what is going on in Louisiana?

ANGLE: No. I think that what happened in Louisiana was an accident. They’re cleaning it up. We need to go forward and talk about prevention and not about whether we keep it out all together. We know that lot of the problems that have been caused for us with foreign policy and even with our own gas prices here domestically going up is our dependence upon foreign oil.

We have oil reserves and petroleum reserves that we should tap into. And that’s a policy that we really need to look at as a nation. How do we deregulate enough to invite our industries to come back into the United States and quit outsourcing their business?

Yes, that’s what we need de-regulation of an industry that has destroyed environmentally and financially a huge part of the US Gulf coast, and has absolutely no plan of how to stop the problem.  By all means, let’s turn them loose Sharon.

And for all those families that mom and dad both work in order to put food on the table Sharron Angle has some  advise for you.. by both of you working you are the decline of the American way of life…. “Right now, we say in a traditional home one parent stays home with the children and the other provides the financial support for that family.  That is the acceptable and right thing to do. If we begin to expand that, not only do we dilute the resources that are available, we begin to dilute things like health care, retirement, all the things offered to families that help them be a family.”

Of course if you have any alternate lifestyle, i.e gay or lesbian, rest assured you are going to burn in hell if Sharron gets to legislate anything.

Don’t forget her war on that evil fluoride, the stuff that we know for improving dental health, according to Sharron it is  a Communist plot to undermine Western democracy.

Reid may have been facing a tough battle before, but  I think his challenge just got alot easier…… going to be too easy now to show  Angle as a cross between Rand Paul and Orly Taitz, and I have a feeling she has alot more ammunition to give them.

But to be honest, I feel like I need to put this question out there… which is more scary that Sharron Angle spouts this ignorance or that there are people who actually believe her and support it?  Just saying….
